Machine learning medical image analysis crowdsourcing. I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Biomedical Imaging Group Rotterdam. I am also a guest researcher at the Pattern Recognition Laboratory. My work focuses on machine learning for medical image analysis, such as detecting the lung disease COPD. I am also interested in learning with weak labels. Another project is my blog.
